The Kinshofer Mobile Rail Cutter, RC26R is a specialized development for the controlled demolition of rail systems and for the scrap preparation of railway lines. 20 years of experience engineering and manufacturing dedicated shears guarantees a high level of quality and performance. Mounted directly to the dipper stick, the mobile Rail Cutter, RC26R is ideal for excavators with an operating weight of 16 to 28 t. Arm and housing are made of wear-resistant, fine-grained steel and are extremely robust. The rail cutter is equipped with a heavy duty 180° rotation system for precise and easy positioning. Large heavy duty shear arm bearings minimize pin and bushing wear. The attachment is highly efficient: processing up to 15 ton per hour of standard quality Vignol rails is no problem for the RC26R mobile rail cutter. The inverted hydraulic cylinder increases the rod protection and guarantees trouble free operation.
Processor with DSXpower and QMXlink was developed for primary and secondary demolition. It has three convenient jaw options: Combi, Pulveriser or Steel. The Kinshofer MQP25, Multi-Quick Processor, for excavators with 18t-25t operating weight is the ideal tool for demolition operations. Depending on the type of jaw mounted, the tool can be used for primary and secondary demolition. One attachment - different applicants! The patented DSXpower cylinder provides up to 20% more power and reduces cycle times to under 5 seconds! The hydraulic connections are located inside the processor for optimal protection Due to the integrated QMXlink, quick exchange of the jaws is no problem! The complete jaw exchange can be done on the jobsite in less than 10 minutes. It does not only save time, but also reduces costs for transport and exchange! There are different types of jaws available for various different applications on the processor: Combi (C)-, pulverizer (P)- and steel (S)-jaws. Jaws and processors are available individually. All wear parts such as teeth and cutting blades are exchangeable on site!
