Meritor Mobile™ iPad Application Updated for Improved Customer Service
Meritor, Inc. has released updated content for Meritor Mobile™, a sales and service iPad information tool for customers, featuring the company’s complete North American product portfolio. Meritor Mobile has been updated to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of sales and service personnel in the commercial vehicle and industrial sectors. The application includes the following updates:
“Our customers need product information at their fingertips,” said James Taylor, general manager, North American Field Operations, Meritor. “DriveForce™, our sales and service team, has received positive feedback from users since the tool was introduced in 2011. As a result, we expanded the application to include all North American product content.” |
