Indeco Introduces New Breaker
Indeco North America recently introduced their powerful line of breakers - the HP Series - to the North American market. The new HP - High Performance - line of breakers provides numerous technological advancements and a new product design to out-produce the competition in demolition applications. One model in particular, the new HP 1800 Side Plate Breaker has been specifically engineered to increase productivity on larger Tractor Loader Backhoes. The HP 1800 side plate is ideal for traditional applications such as building demolition, earthworks in inhabited areas, digging narrow, deep trenches and secondary demolitions. The breaker has an operating weight of 1430 lbs and an MBMB ft/lb class of 1800. Designed to fit larger backhoes, the HP 1800 offers a hydraulic flow of 22-34 gpm and up to 1800 psi to provide high impact blow after blow. It provides numerous advantages for backhoe operations including its unique "offset" design that allows the breaker to curl completely under the dipper of most large backhoes during transport for safer and easier over-the-road or jobsite driving. The lighter overall weight allows the backhoe to be loaded and unloaded from trailers more safely, without any need to remove the hammer. It also has a centralized grease port and is auto-lube ready. The front end of the breaker is fully protected with a new casing design to help protect the componentry from damage and debris. The slim-line design provides improved maneuverability and increased operator visibility. Indeco has also increased the hydraulic efficiency of the HP breaker line by enhancing the intelligent variable speed and power system that automatically senses the hardness of the material being broken. The breaker then automatically adjusts the force per blow for maximum operating efficiency. The new slim line design also offers improved maneuverability and increased operator visibility.
