New at ICUEE 2005: AEM Plans "Investors Conference"

The International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition (ICUEE) will feature a first-ever Investors Conference at ICUEE 2005, to spotlight the utility construction equipment marketplace to a select group of financial analysts. Organizing the event is the show's owner and producer, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM).

ICUEE 2005 will be held September 27-29, 2005 at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The exposition will cover more than one million net square feet of exhibits of the industry's latest equipment, technologies, products and services.

The AEM Investors Conference will be held the morning of September 28 and include individual company presentations and a pre-show exhibits tour. Conference co-sponsor is Morgan Stanley.

The event is modeled after the investor conferences AEM conducts at the gigantic ConExpo-Con/Agg international construction-related exposition that it also owns and produces. The association's goal with such conferences is to help the investment community gain a better understanding of the growth aspects of the overall construction machinery manufacturing industry and its major segments.

ICUEE 2005 is also known as the Demo Expo for its extensive hands-on demonstrations of equipment in job-like conditions. The show will also feature expanded education opportunities, including the co-location of a special Underground Construction Technology (UCT) educational program, plus informational exchanges and networking, all designed to help attendees enhance their productivity and make qualified decisions for business growth.
