New SubZero Series from Ring-O-Matic

Ring-O-Matic Inc. has just released its new SubZero Series line of vacuum excavators that allow full operation in below-freezing temperatures. The units are available as trailer- or truck-mounted systems that can be customized to the owner’s specifications.

The SubZero Series can be added to any standard VX Vacuum ranging from 568 to 11,350 l spoil tanks with a range of 17 to 85 m3/min. Recommended, optional jetter capabilities are available for cleaning lines up to 30 cm.

The units feature increased water capacity over standard units. A dedicated jetter pump delivers 68 l/min at 138 bar. The machine can also be equipped in the standard hydro excavation package with 276 bar / 22.7 l/min pump.

Other features include insulated water tank enclosures, heated valves, a fully enclosed water and jetter reel cabinet, power hose reels, heater, 6-way power boom and heavy-duty, 6,350 kg torsional axles.
