Alex Vitale a été nommé au poste de directeur général du nouveau bureau régional Magna Tyres au Canada. Leader accompli avec ses 20 ans d’expérience dans la gestion générale pour plusieurs grandes marques, il dispose de connaissances approfondies en affaires internationales et en industrie du pneu, ce qui fait de lui la personne idéale pour gérer l’expansion de Magna Tyres sur le marché nord-américain. Vu la croissance rapide de ces dernières années, cette expansion est indispensable pour fournir un soutien local 24/7. Les clients de la région bénéficieront d’une attention plus étroite et personnalisée, et d’une plus grande disponibilité des produits en raison des inventaires locaux. Mack Trucks annonçait récemment la noimination de Steve Jugovic au poste de vice-président régional pour le Canada. Monsieur Jugovic sera responsable du cycle de vente global pour les nouvelles transactions commerciales, ce qui comprend les ventes aux concessionnaires et aux flottes, les services de crédit-bail, la location et les services d’entretien contractuels. «Steve apporte un savoir et une expérience extraordinaires à ce poste», déclarait Jonathan Randall, vice-président directeur des ventes et du marketing pour Mack Trucks en Amérique du Nord. «Nous souhaitons la bienvenue à Steve dans notre équipe et nous sommes impatients de collaborer avec lui.» Avant de se joindre à Mack, Steve Jugovic a travaillé pour Mack Financial Services Canada, où il a dirigé les activités en tant que directeur général pendant près de 8 ans. Au cours de son mandat, il a noué de solides relations avec les clients et les concessionnaires, en plus d’aider à former une équipe canadienne de haute performance, indique Mack Trucks. Monsieur Jugovic est titulaire d’un baccalauréat en économie de l’Université McMaster de Hamilton, d’un baccalauréat en commerce de l’Université de Windsor et d’un MBA de l’Université de Guelph.

She will serve as an industry supplier member director for a 3-year term with an optional 3-year second term. Audrey Copeland, Ph.D., P.E., is the new president & CEO of the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA). She took the association’s helm during a ceremony at the NAPA’s 64th Annual Meeting on January 22 Ms. Copeland was named to succeed Mike Acott, who served as NAPA’s president since 1992, and has been NAPA’s COO since September 2018. In her address to NAPA members, Audrey Copeland pledged to continue NAPA’s tradition of working to safeguard the asphalt industry, strengthen alliances and collaborations, and modernize the way the industry and the association do business. Audrey Copeland joined NAPA in 2012 as vice president for Engineering, Research, and Technology. In that role, she has grown NAPA’s engineering team and forged strong relationships with the industry professionals and partners. Prior to NAPA, she served as a highway and materials research engineer with FHWA. Audrey Copeland earned her doctorate in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and Virginia.
Custom Equipment, LLC welcomes industry veteran Terry Dolan as its president and CEO. Mr. Dolan brings nearly 30 years of experience in the rental, construction and equipment industries and will lead the overall direction and strategy of the organization. Terry Dolan is known for building strong organizations with his customer-first approach, starting with the customer’s challenges, then developing products and services that enable them to be more productive, safe and profitable. He started his career in his home state of New Jersey, working for a large equipment dealer. From there, he spent 10 years with Case, held several positions at Ingersoll Rand, and became the executive vice president of commercial and industrial groups at Generac Power Systems. Mr. Dolan then became the president of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (U.S. and Latin American markets), the largest auction company worldwide. In this role, he oversaw 23 operations within the U.S. and Latin America. Terry Dolan holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in marketing from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
