The Plan Nord Program Creates Investments
With the growth of the mining sector in Abitibi Temiscamingue and northern Quebec, Machinerie St-Pierre of Val d’Or, Quebec, has decided to increase its offering the mining exploration and forestry sectors in these areas. In order to sustain such growth, Machinerie St-Pierre, in business for 27 years in Val-d’Or, has joined the PRINOTH distributors’ network of utility vehicles last March. Machinerie St-Pierre offers a range of products such as the new Panther T8, the Go-Tract 2000, 3000 and 4500 carriers as well as the Trooper for the personnel transportation. Following such growth, Machinerie St-Pierre is proud to take the lead and is expanding with the acquisition of land in Val d’Or and the construction of a new distribution and industrial equipments rental center. The new PRINOTH tracked utility vehicle offers an increased performance due to its 225 hp Caterpillar engine combined with its superior off-road capacity in the crawler carrier market. The Panther T8, an innovative crawler carrier, is designed, manufactured and assembled in the Province of Quebec, for a changing and extreme climate like ours. With the Panther T8 distribution, Machinerie St-Pierre improves its offering to the marketplace and remains competitive.
