La Direction de la Compagnie Bobcat a le plaisir d'annoncer la nomination de Réal Baillargeon a titre de directeur de territoire pour la province de Québec. Monsieur Baillargeon est diplômé en gestion d'entreprise, avec plusieurs années d'expériences dans le domaine de l'équipement de construction en ventes et marketing. Réal Baillargeon est bien connu dans l'industrie, ayant occupé des postes dans le secteur des ventes et support aux produits pour des concessionnaire Bobcat du Québec. Ses connaissances et son expertise seront mises à contribution afin de développer le marché et d'assurer a la clientèle un support de première qualité pour les équipements Bobcat.
André Benoit, directeur général pour le Québec chez Strongco Équipement, a le plaisir d'annoncer la nomination de Daniel Plouffe à titre de directeur des ventes - ouest du Québec. Monsieur Plouffe compte 27 années d'expérience dans le domaine de l'équipement lourd. Il est bien connu dans l'industrie, ayant occupé plusieurs postes dans le secteur des ventes chez un autre concessionnaire, en tant que directeur de succursale pour Strongco à Val-d'Or, et comme directeur des ventes pour l'Est du Canada pour le manufacturier Hitachi. Ses connaissances en développement des affaires seront un atout certain pour assurer à la clientèle un support et un service de première qualité.
Jean-Francois Hotte, président d'Équipements Lourds Papineau Inc. est fier d'annoncer la nomination de Steve Halikas au poste de représentant des ventes (territoire du Québec). Équipements Lourds Papineau, de Saint-André-Avellin, est une entreprise de fabrication et installation d'équipement pour camion lourd et léger. "Notre plus grande force est notre ''travail d'équipe''. Nous appliquons un ''contact humain'' dès la réception de la demande qui se poursuit aux départements du développement, des ventes, de l'atelier, des pièces et du service. Les employés d'Équipements Lourds Papineau s'engagent à toujours donner le meilleur d'eux-mêmes pour garantir la satisfaction totale de notre clientèle", déclare monsieur Hotte. Appointments
Andrew Penca, Commissioner of Indiana Workforce Development, joined Cummins as assistant to president Joe Loughrey. His duties will be split between Cummins project work and supporting Mr. Loughrey's efforts as chairman of Conexus Indiana, a statewide advanced manufacturing and logistics initiative. Conexus' primary goal is to attract and educate young people in the state as they pursue careers in advanced manufacturing and logistics. Andrew Penca joined Indiana Workforce Development in early 2005 and has served as Commissioner since October 2006. In his role with the state, Penca was instrumental in working with employers and state and local government officials to develop and implement programs and policies aimed at raising the education and skill levels of Indiana's workforce. He also brings extensive auto-related experience to Cummins. He spent roughly six years at Honda R&D Americas, Inc. in the advanced product planning and concept development department where he served in roles ranging from research analyst to senior specialist. During his time with Honda, he led concept teams responsible for the development of the current Acura TL, Honda Element, and Honda's first ever pickup, the Ridgeline.
Petter M. Etholm has joined Thomas Equipment, Inc. as president and CEO and a member of the company's board of directors. He succeeds Michael Luther, who will remain with Thomas Equipment as chairman of the board. Thomas Equipment is emerging from a period of financial difficulty and embarked on a restructuring program to regain its market position and financial strength. With manufacturing plants in Canada and South Korea, Thomas Equipment is a global manufacturer and marketer of industrial and construction equipment through its Thomas Equipment 2004 subsidiary and of pneumatic and hydraulic systems for the fluid industry through Pneutech Inc., and designs wireless devices for the telecommunications industry, among its other businesses. Previously, Petter M. Etholm was a consultant to the Thomas Equipment 2004 subsidiary. Before that, he was president of Cardsmart Retail. Previously, he was executive vice president of Nutri/System, Inc., overseeing its restructuring after having been one of Nutri/System's most successful franchisees. Earlier in his career, he founded Norwegian Wood Inc., a flooring supplier to the home building industry, and founded Elinex, LLC, a web-based electricity contract trading company.
