Discover Unique Equipment Support Systems at World of Concrete 2025

DICA will showcase a variety of solutions at World of Concrete in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 21-23, 2025. Featured products include the SteelTech^™ Dunnage System, FiberTech MultiPad System, and LevelRight, all designed to enhance safety and productivity for concrete contractors.

“Concrete pump operators often work alone in high-risk situations. The small size of outrigger floats on concrete pump trucks concentrates pressure, making load distribution difficult. Our goal was to develop equipment support systems that provide the necessary stability, load distribution, and performance while also being easy to store and set up,” said Kris Koberg, CEO of DICA.

The SteelTech^™ Dunnage System combines the strength of steel with DICA’s engineered thermoplastic material, ensuring optimal stability and load distribution for concrete pumpers. Its interlocking design enables easy storage and setup by one person. Available in two sizes, it supports outrigger floats up to 53 cm, with rated capacities from 27 to 50 t.
FiberTech MultiPad System is available in six configurations. These systems support a range of equipment sizes, from small to large concrete pumps, with rated capacities able to withstand Maximum Outrigger Forces (MORF) from 27 to 50 t. The pads feature ergonomically placed TuffGrip^® handles for easy handling and placement.

LevelRight, is ideal for concrete pumps and other equipment requiring level operation. Users can easily adjust the overall angle from 0-10° and adjust in 2 planes up to 5°, and has a rated capacity of 158 t. LevelRight features a built-in bubble level to provide operators with confirmation when they have a level surface under their equipment’s outriggers.
