They also discussed the key priorities for equipment manufacturers in Canada, including supply chain resilience, skilled workforce development, and commercial competitiveness.

“I was pleased to visit GINCOR Werx in Mattawa andsee first-hand the innovation, craftsmanship, and expertise that have made the company a leader in vocational vehicle manufacturing,” said Pauline Rochefort, MP for Nipissing-Timiskaming and Parliamentary Secretary to the Secretary of State (Rural Development). “GINCOR plays an important role in strengthening Northern Ontario's economy and providing the equipment and services that help key industries operate and grow. I look forward to continuing to support initiatives that foster a strong manufacturing sector and create opportunities for communities across our region.”

“At GINCOR, we proudly manufacture dump bodies, live bottom trailers and truck mounts, snow and ice equipment, flat decks, van bodies, and heavy haul trailers. “It was a pleasure to join Christian Stang and the GINCOR team in welcoming MP Rochefort. Visits like these provide an important opportunity to showcase the economic impact and ingenuity of Canadian manufacturers and help ensure their voices are heard. I thank the GINCOR team for their warm hospitality and for the opportunity to see their impressive operation firsthand,” said Alexandre Mattard-Michaud, director of Government Relations, AEM.
