Dacke Industri Accelerates European Growth Through the Acquisition of Blink
The acquisition of Blink represents a strategic expansion that further strengthens Dacke Industri’s presence in Europe and demonstrates its commitment to anticipating and meeting the evolving needs of its customers within control systems products. This move also enables the company to broaden its offering to OEM customers, expanding its portfolio of specialized products, customized components, and systems. Blink S.r.l. will become part of the Electronics division, leveraging the expertise and collaboration shared with other leading companies within the group. Blink S.r.l. offers a highly versatile product portfolio that serves a diverse range of sectors, including marine, motorsport, on- and off-highway, and agricultural vehicles. Renowned for their flexibility and reliability, Blink's customizable keypads are designed to meet unique and specialized client requirements. Blink S.r.l. has established a reputation for adaptability and innovation across international markets.
