Le constructeur de bateaux de sauvetage Safe at Sea annonçait récemment la nomination de Linda Ahl au poste nouvellement créé de vice-présidente du développement commercial mondial. Ce recrutement s’inscrit dans la stratégie de l’entreprise visant à accélérer son expansion internationale et à accroître sa visibilité sur les marchés clés. «Elle connaît parfaitement notre activité et possède une expérience à la fois profonde et étendue de la vente internationale, du marketing et du développement commercial. Alors que nous poursuivons notre expansion internationale, le renforcement de la notoriété de l’entreprise et de nos produits est une priorité absolue. Elliott Equipment Company annonçait récemment l’arrivée de Chris Rycroft au sein de son équipe de direction commerciale. Monsieur Rycroft, qui occupe actuellement le poste de directeur des ventes des produits destinés aux camions de réparation et de lubrification chez Stellar Industries, cumulera désormais 2 fonctions : il prendra en charge l’ensemble des gammes de produits Elliott ainsi que toute l’équipe commerciale d’Elliott, renforçant ainsi les synergies entre les deux entreprises. Cette extension stratégique de ses fonctions prend effet immédiatement. Chris Rycroft a rejoint l’équipe de Stellar en 2021 et a passé ces 5 dernières années à renforcer la position de l’entreprise sur le marché dans le segment des camions ateliers. Il continuera à diriger la solide équipe de responsables commerciaux régionaux (RSM) pour les produits destinés aux camions de mécanique et de lubrification, tout en assumant de nouvelles responsabilités chez Elliott. Fort de plus de 40 ans d’expérience dans la vente, monsieur Rycroft apporte à l’équipe d’Elliott une connaissance approfondie du secteur et une stratégie commerciale éprouvée. En tant que directeur des ventes chez Elliott, il sera chargé de la croissance du marché pour l’ensemble des gammes de produits et transmettra au service produit d’Elliott des informations précieuses issues du terrain. Avec ses équipes réparties à travers les États-Unis, Chris Rycroft dirigera les responsables commerciaux régionaux d’Elliott tout en conservant ses responsabilités de direction chez Stellar. Cette structure renforce la cohésion entre les deux organisations, permettant une meilleure collaboration entre les responsables commerciaux, un partage plus rapide des informations sur le marché et une expérience plus cohérente pour les clients, toutes gammes de produits et toutes régions confondues.
Le conseil d’administration de TVH a le plaisir d’annoncer la nomination de Giuliano Parodi au poste de nouveau président-directeur général à compter du 1er septembre. Fort de près de 25 ans d’expérience dans les secteurs des engins industriels et de l’automobile, monsieur Parodi mènera TVH dans le prochain chapitre de sa croissance mondiale. Avant cela, il a été président-directeur général et président de Yanmar Compact Equipment, dirigeant une activité mondiale, avec des opérations au Japon, en Europe et en Amérique du Nord. Plus tôt dans sa carrière, monsieur Parodi a occupé des postes de direction chez Bobcat Company (Doosan Group) et Fiat Group. Tout au long de sa carrière, il a mené avec succès des initiatives de croissance internationale, de transformation commerciale et de développement des opérations, avec une forte orientation vers l’après-vente, les solutions pour les clients et la création de valeur. Ingénieur titulaire d’un master scientifique en génie mécanique et d’un Executive MBA, Giuliano Parodi associe une expertise profonde dans le secteur à un style de leadership pragmatique et orienté vers l’équipe. Ayant vécu et travaillé dans plusieurs pays, dont près de 20 ans en Belgique, il apporte à la fois une vision internationale et un fort ancrage local.
L’association des distributeur d’équipement Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) annonçait récemment la nomination d’Eric Wareham en tant que vice-président chargé des politiques, renforçant ainsi les efforts de défense des intérêts des concessionnaires d’équipements à travers l’Amérique du Nord menés par l’AED. Au sein de l’AED, Eric Wareham rejoindra l’équipe des affaires gouvernementales dirigée par Daniel B. Fisher, vice-président senior chargé des affaires gouvernementales. Ensemble, cette équipe continuera à défendre les intérêts des concessionnaires d’équipements à Washington, à Ottawa, ainsi qu’au niveau des États et des provinces, en veillant à ce que la voix du secteur soit entendue partout où des décisions de politique publique sont prises. De plus, monsieur Wareham s’attachera à garantir que les concessionnaires d’équipements soient solidement représentés parmi les partenaires du secteur. «L’arrivée d’Eric Wareham témoigne de l’engagement continu de l’AED à constituer l’équipe la plus solide possible pour représenter les intérêts des concessionnaires de matériel», déclarait Brian P. McGuire, président-directeur général de l’AED. «Sa vaste expérience et son expertise en matière de politique agricole renforceront encore la capacité de l’AED à défendre nos membres et le secteur du matériel agricole. Le Conseil d’administration de Manitou BF se réunissait récemment pour décider de sa gouvernance, suite à quoi Marcel-Claude Braud était nommé président du Conseil d’administration jusqu’à la fin de son mandat actuel d’administrateur, soit la date de l’Assemblée générale 2027 qui sera appelée à statuer sur les comptes de l’exercice 2026. Diplômé de l’E.S.L.S.C.A Paris, monsieur Braud a commencé sa carrière chez International Harvester. Il rejoint ensuite Manitou Group pour assurer, en France et aux États-Unis, de nombreuses fonctions avant de devenir président du Directoire du groupe de 1998 à 2009. Après un début de carrière dans le groupe Alfa-Laval, il a occupé pendant plus de 20 ans des fonctions de direction stratégique et opérationnelle au sein de CNH Industrial et Iveco Group. Il a notamment dirigé les activités mondiales de la ligne de produit Tracteurs pour les marques Case IH et Steyr, avant d’être nommé président de la division Bus (Iveco Bus et Heuliez). Plus récemment, il était le président de la division Powertrain (FPT Industrial) et membre du Senior Leadership Team d’Iveco Group où il a piloté des transformations commerciales, technologiques et industrielles majeures. Son leadership et sa riche expérience seront de précieux atouts pour diriger le groupe vers ses nouvelles ambitions.

Prior to joining Arrowhead Winch, Blake Chandler spent 18 years with WireCo WorldGroup, where he served as senior vice president of Global Sales in addition to multiple other leadership positions. During his tenure, he played a key role in the company’s evolution from a regional competitor into a global industry leader. Most recently, he served as general manager of the rigging business for Lift Solutions Holdings, where he led strategy, sales, operations, and financial performance for the business. He is recognized for his commercial leadership, operational discipline, and ability to build high-performing teams focused on delivering long-term value for customers, employees, and stakeholders. As CEO, Blake Chandler will lead Arrowhead Winch’s continued focus on innovation, customer partnerships, operational excellence, and long-term growth across the company’s BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brands.
CDE recently announced the appointment of Brent Wilde as business development manager for Canada to support the firm’s continued growth across the country. He joins the team with a wealth of experience in areas such as aggregate processing, materials recycling and environmental solutions development. Mr. Wilde’s appointment follows CDE welcoming Chad Greenfield as vice president of Sales for North and Latin America, which marked a significant milestone in its continued expansion across Canada, the U.S., and LATAM countries. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Brent Wilde has held various roles across business development, operations, construction management and project management. In recent years, he has been heavily involved in the advancement of soil washing and resource recovery opportunities within the Canadian market, contributing to project development, operational planning, and business strategy related to contaminated soil remediation and sustainable materials recovery. Having graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce, and with experience in operational leadership, Brent Wilde has a practical understanding of both project execution and commercial strategy across complex industrial and construction environments. At CDE, he will focus on driving growth and strengthening the company’s presence across Canada, and working closely with customers to help develop practical, commercially viable recovery and recycling solutions.
Elliott Equipment Company, a manufacturer of truck-mounted aerial work platforms, digger derricks and cranes, recently announced the hire of 2 leaders to support the company’s continued growth and long-term investment in operational excellence and product innovation. Andrew Schumacher has joined the company as vice president of Nebraska Operations, and Chad Barrett joins Elliott as director of Product Management. Andrew Schumacher will oversee Elliott’s production, quality, safety and engineering functions. With the full operations team reporting to Schumacher, he will be responsible for the continued advancement of operational excellence across the organization. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in equipment manufacturing. Most recently, he served as general manager of Wayne Combustion Systems, a Marmon/Berkshire Hathaway company. His career also includes several senior leadership roles, where he developed a deep expertise in operations leadership, engineering, lean manufacturing, team development and fostering a strong safety culture. The hiring of both Schumacher and Barrett reflects Elliott’s continued focus on investing in talent that brings strong industry knowledge to the organization. McElroy, a manufacturer of thermoplastic fusion equipment, is pleased to announce that Rafael Quintero has been named the company’s director of Global Sales. “Rafael has played an instrumental role in developing our international markets,” said Chip McElroy, McElroy president and CEO. “Much of the recent success we’ve seen abroad has been a direct result of his tireless work and dedication.” For more than 20 years, Mr. Quintero has been a key contributor to McElroy’s global growth. He began his career with McElroy in Technical Services before moving to Santiago, Chile to lead McElroy’s Chilean operations. After returning to Oklahoma, he assumed leadership of McElroy’s UK, Europe, and Middle Eastern operations, where he has continued to make a significant impact on the company’s international success. Most recently, he has helped spearhead McElroy’s expansion in challenging and remote markets, such as the mining industry throughout Africa. A mechanical and petroleum engineer, Rafael Quintero began his career in the oil and gas sector and has been involved in the pipeline industry since day one. His technical background has played a key part in the way he develops business partnerships and organizes McElroy’s international sales teams.
The 2026 Barry K. Wendt Memorial Commitment Award was presented to Mark Krause, vice president, McLanahan/Eagle Iron Works, during the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association’s (NSSGA) Annual Membership Meeting. “Mark is a leader in the industry known for his commitment to innovation and the continuous improvement of equipment and processes,” said NSSGA Immediate Past M&S Chair Craig Lamarque. “His dedication and ability to connect with others of all levels has made him a respected figure in the industry.” NSSGA’s Manufacturers & Services Division established the award in 1998 to annually recognize an industry professional who exhibits the dedication exemplified by Barry Wendt, both in commitment to the industry and the community in which they live. This award is the most distinguished individual award presented by the NSSGA. Mark Krause has spent more than 40 years in the aggregates industry. He had held various roles, including working on the producer level, dealer level and for manufacturers of all sizes. His passion for the aggregates industry led him to be an educator and mentor. From volunteering for steering committees, attending meetings in D.C. or leading his infamous Crushing 101 sessions, his commitment to NSSGA is unmatched. He is extremely passionate about helping producers do more with their limited resources so they can become more efficient, productive and profitable all with the greatest in safety in mind.
The International Road Federation (IRF Global) recently announced the appointment of João Neves, Infrastructure Intelligence manager at Ascendi, Portugal, as the new Chair of the IRF Global Road Safety Committee. The leadership handover took place during the IRF Global Road Safety Committee meeting held on June 3, 2026, as part of the IRF Global Summit in Varna, Bulgaria. João Neves succeeds Philip Wijers of Sensys Gatso, who chaired the Committee from 2022 to 2026 and will remain an active member. Under Philip Wijers’ leadership, the Committee strengthened its role as one of IRF Global’s most active member platforms, with several task forces advancing practical work on key road safety priorities, including work zone safety, passive safety devices, AI for safer road mobility, and powered 2-wheeler safety. Mr. Neves brings more than 21 years of experience across the transport sector, including vehicular traffic, traffic modelling, public transport, road safety, parking, walking, cycling, and intelligent transport systems. Since January 2020, he has led Ascendi’s Road Traffic Safety Unit, focusing on making highways safer for all users. He was responsible for the development and implementation of Ascendi’s multi-awarded Road Safety Action Plan 2020-2024, which contributed to a 20% reduction in casualties during the project timeframe. He is currently focused on implementing Ascendi’s new Road Safety Action Plan 2024-2027, including continued work to upgrade vehicle restraint systems. As Chair, Mr. Neves will work with IRF Global, the Committee’s vice-chairs, task force leaders, and members to continue advancing practical, evidence-based road safety solutions. The Committee brings together IRF members to share expertise, support technology transfer, promote good practices, and help reduce fatalities and serious injuries on roads worldwide. IRF Global extends its sincere thanks to Philip Wijers for his leadership, service, and commitment as Chair of the Road Safety Committee, and welcomes João Neves as he takes on this important role. His experience working directly with end users and industry stakeholders will help Elliott continue to deliver solutions that address real-world challenges while advancing safety, performance and reliability.
