New Venue for the East Coast Sawmill and Logging Equipment Exposition
It is no secret that the East Coast Sawmill and Logging Equipment Exposition – commonly known as EXPO Richmond/The Richmond Show – has become the largest trade show on the East Coast for the forest products industry. EXPO Richmond began in Crozet, Virginia in 1960 and is moved to Meadow Event Park, in Doswell, for it’s 39th edition in 2024. Located in Caroline County, the new multi-purpose venue is minutes from the cities of Richmond and Fredericksburg and a short drive from Metro DC and Hampton Roads areas. Meadow Event Park offers plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the exhibitors to continue to provide the active product and machinery demonstrations while giving a unique “hands on” experience for the attendees. Sponsored by Virginia Forest Products Association and The Cooperative Extension Service at Virginia Tech, the show attracts 6,000+ attendees from all over the world and brings thousands of serious buyers looking for the latest machinery and technology in the forest products industry. The 40th edition of EXPO Richmond will be held April 17-18, 2026. |
