The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company annonçait récemment la nomination de Grégory Boucharlat au poste de vice-président senior, Global Commercial. Dans ce nouveau rôle, il rejoindra l’équipe dirigeante de l’entreprise et sera responsable de la coordination stratégique globale de l’activité pneus commerciaux de l’entreprise. Monsieur Boucharlat continuera à diriger l’organisation Tires-as-a-Service (TaaS) de Goodyear dans le cadre des activités commerciales de l’entreprise. Il rendra compte directement à Mark Stewart, président-directeur général de Goodyear. Depuis qu’il a rejoint Goodyear il y a plus de 30 ans, Grégory Boucharlat a joué un rôle clé dans les activités commerciales de Goodyear dans la région EMEA, en commençant par la vente de pneus pour camions et en occupant divers postes de direction à responsabilité croissante, dont celui de vice-président de Commercial EU. Monsieur Boucharlat a élargi son champ d’action en travaillant à l’échelle mondiale, acquérant une connaissance significative des activités commerciales de Goodyear au-delà de l’Europe dans son rôle le plus récent en tant que vice-président, TaaS. «Grégory apporte à ce nouveau rôle des capacités éprouvées à conduire l’innovation dans notre entreprise et à étendre ses responsabilités de leadership. Il est bien placé pour démarrer rapidement et assurer une transition en douceur pour notre activité commerciale. EXP, une firme mondiale de génie, d’architecture, de design et de services-conseils, annonçait récemment la promotion de Sylvain Côté, ing., MGC, au poste de vice-président, Développement international et direction de projets. Il sera responsable de la croissance du secteur et consolidera les activités d’EXP à l’international. Cumulant plus de 26 années d’expérience, dont 20 dédiées aux projets internationaux, monsieur Côté a su développer plusieurs nouveaux marchés et établir de solides relations d’affaires avec plusieurs clients et partenaires. Il a dirigé de nombreux projets complexes d’infrastructures et de transport à l’étranger, notamment au Pérou, au Maroc, au Honduras, en République dominicaine, en Haïti, en Algérie, en Côte d’Ivoire, au Sri Lanka, au Népal, ainsi qu’en Gambie. Récemment, il a joué un rôle clé dans le développement et la croissance du secteur International, en plus d’avoir dirigé, notamment, un important projet de transport à Abidjan en Côte d’Ivoire, auquel les équipes d’EXP ont accompagné le client pour le volet d’assistance technique. Au cours de sa carrière, Sylvain Côté a participé au développement de programmes et projets majeurs auprès d’institutions de développement international dont le United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), la Banque mondiale, la Banque interaméricaine de développement (BID) et l’agence gouvernementale américaine Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). «L’expertise technique de Sylvain et ses capacités de gestion de projets complexes contribueront à l’essor des initiatives et des projets innovants, résilients et durables pour le compte de nos clients. Dans son nouveau rôle, il poursuivra le développement d’affaires pour EXP principalement auprès des grandes institutions de développement international, afin de fournir des services aux collectivités en développement et d’accroître la présence d’EXP à l’échelle mondiale», affirmait Mark Dvorak, président et chef de l’exploitation d’EXP. Sylvain Côté est membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec depuis 2001. Il est titulaire d’un baccalauréat en génie de la construction de l’École de technologie supérieure de Montréal, ainsi que d’une maîtrise en Gestion et financement des Concessions (MGC) de l’Université européenne de Madrid.
CIMA+ annonçait récemment la nomination de Kumail Moledina au poste de directeur principal, Transport et distribution d’électricité (T&D), en Alberta. Ancien vice-président chez ATCO Electric, Kumail Moledina possède plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du génie, en particulier dans le secteur de l’énergie. Il a dirigé avec succès des équipes multidisciplinaires et des projets d’infrastructure majeurs et a une connaissance approfondie du secteur et de ses principaux acteurs. Il est titulaire d’un baccalauréat en génie électrique et électronique de l’Université de l’Alberta et a suivi des programmes de formation des cadres à l’Ivey Business School. Il siège actuellement au conseil exécutif de l’IEEE Power and Energy Society et de CIGRE Canada. Cette nomination a pris effet le 12 mai 2025.

After 8 years as CEO and nearly 45 years of service, Caterpillar Inc. chairman and CEO D. James Umpleby III was appointed executive chairman of the board effective May 1. Joseph E. Creed, a 28-year Caterpillar veteran and previous COO, succeeded him as CEO and join the board of directors May 1. After assuming the role of CEO on January 1, 2017, Mr. Umpleby led the development and execution of a new strategy for long-term profitable growth, creating significant shareholder value. In 2024, Caterpillar achieved record full-year adjusted profit per share, which increased more than sixfold during Umpleby’s tenure as CEO. Joseph E. Creed joined Caterpillar in 1997 and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility across multiple divisions of Caterpillar. He was promoted to CFO for Caterpillar’s Energy & Transportation business segment in 2013, then to vice president of Caterpillar’s Finance Services Division in 2017. Mr. Creed also served as interim CFO for Caterpillar in 2018. He then became vice president of the Oil & Gas and Marine Division and the Electric Power Division. In 2021, he was promoted to Group president of Energy & Transportation. In November 2023, Creed was appointed to the newly created position of COO. Debra L. Reed-Klages, who has served as a director since June 2015, will remain on the board as independent presiding director, a position she has held since June 2022.
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company recently announced that David Anckaert has been named chief of Product Strategy and Planning, reporting to CEO and president Mark Stewart, effective immediately. “David is a natural fit to lead the development of Goodyear’s global product, services and solutions portfolio to maximize our end-to-end customer value proposition,” said Mr. Stewart. “I am confident that David’s leadership and our talented product teams around the world will enable a globally connected approach that will provide vitality in the marketplace and fill white space with Goodyear’s industry-leading products.” David Anckaert joined Goodyear in 2000 and has held a succession of positions in R&D, sales and marketing. In 2018, he was named vice president, Commercial Europe, and after that, served as vice president, Consumer Replacement Europe. Most recently, he served as vice president of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Consumer business. As chief of Product Strategy and Planning, David Anckaert will lead Goodyear’s product roadmap and lifecycle planning, leveraging data-driven market insights to identify opportunities, drive innovation and develop a winning global product portfolio.
Hexagon AB’s nomination committee recently proposed the election of Björn Rosengren as new vice chairman of the Hexagon board of directors at the annual general meeting (AGM) on May 5, 2025. Björn Rosengren stepped down as CEO of ABB Ltd. in July and before that held the same position at Sandvik AB. The proposal to elect Mr. Rosengren reflects the nomination committee’s planning for a succession on the position of Chairman, as Ola Rollén has indicated his desire to step down at the AGM in 2026 after 26 years on the board. “I have spent most of my working career building and growing Hexagon. It’s been an adventure to have experienced Hexagon’s rapid growth, and it has given me fantastic memories and many good friends. I feel the time is approaching for Hexagon and I to part ways and I have the chance to spend my time on other projects in life. It’s time that a new management and a new board takes over the baton. I wish Björn all the success in his new challenge, to take Hexagon into the next growth phase,” said Ola Rollén, chairman of the of the board of Hexagon. “I have followed Hexagon’s development under Ola’s leadership with great admiration, respect and interest. Brett Watson has separately informed the nomination committee that he will not be available for re-election in 2025.

Superior Industries, Inc., a US-based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, is honored to welcome George Wilcox as the company’s first-ever Channel Sales manager.
