VMAC Showcases Its Mobile Power Solutions
VMAC showcased 3 of its latest product developments at CONEXPO-CON/AGG and the Work Truck Show. The most significant addition to the company's range is the G90 gasoline air compressor for service trucks. Featuring the FlexDrive Air Management System (AMS), the G90 automatically adjusts to provide optimal air flow and pressure, producing up to 2.54 m3/min at 6.9 bar continuously and up to 1.4 m3/min at 11.7 bar when higher pressure is required. The G90 is powered by a Honda IGX800 V-Twin EFI gasoline engine paired with a VMAC EC100 encapsulated rotary screw compressor. Designed for quiet operation (73 dB at high speed), it includes automatic and standby modes that shut down the system when air demand ceases, reducing fuel consumption, wear, and noise on the job site. Digital controls provide real-time operating data, diagnostics, and maintenance intervals, with optional telematics for remote monitoring. VMAC also showcased its new 6-in-1 multifunction gasoline power system that supports air, power, welding, battery maintenance, and hydraulics. In partnership with Stealth Power, VMAC developed the E30 electric rotary screw air compressor, designed for next-generation service trucks and vans operating in urban or regulated environments. The E30 delivers 8.85 m3/min at 6.9 bar and operates at approximately 66 dB, providing quiet and clean power on the job site.
