IDE Restocks NPC Croppers Due to Increasing Demand
The relationship between NPC and its professional and experienced partner companies around the world reinforces the company’s commitment in providing exceptional levels of customer focus, in-market. The U.S. is no different, with IDE providing the NPC range east of the Rocky Mountains. IDE’s main office is located in Rural Hall, North Carolina, with additional offices and depots strategically located throughout their area of operations. NPC is on hand to provide round the clock support from its UK-based centre of customer excellence. The latter further enables customers to tap into the specialized advice and assistance that has made NPC the world’s largest designer, manufacturer, hire centre, and now vendor, of pile cropping attachments. IDE recently received a full restock of what the company considers to be the most advanced hydraulic pile croppers in the world. They are designed to deal with foundation piles for all types of ground conditions. Common types of piles include augured, bearing, contiguous, secant, CFA, trench and helical displacement. Common pile sizes range normally from 300 mm up to 2 m in diameter. Amongst the array of state-of-the-art croppers include some of NPC’s latest developments. For dealing with augured (round) piles, IDE received the latest iteration of the NPC CFA & HD CFA Cropper range which cuts circular augured concrete piles. This has recently been developed and updated based on feedback from customers working directly with NPC’s technical team. Also, for use on larger piles, the NPC Quad Large 750 Cropper is designed to be used for the reduction of augured piles up to 750 mm diameter, and the NPC Quad XL 1000 Cropper, for piles up to 1,050 mm diameter. They are best utilized on excavators of 21t and above. IDE provides a depth of product knowledge and excellent levels of customer service. All customers deal with an NPC-trained pile cropping expert.
