Implantée depuis 2004 en Ontario, Atwill-Morin renforce sa présence dans le Grand Toronto Métropolitain avec la nomination d’un nouveau président régional. La firme annonçait récemment l’arrivée de Fabio Fialho en tant que tout premier président Atwill-Morin – région du Grand Toronto, «Nous sommes particulièrement fiers d’avoir pu contribuer à la remise en forme de nombreux grands complexes immobiliers qui, à l’instar d’Atwill-Morin cultivent des valeurs de sécurité et de bien-être pour leurs usagers» déclarait Matthew Atwill-Morin. «Je me réjouis de l’avenir prometteur qui attend Atwill-Morin dans la région du Grand Toronto, qui continue à faire des progrès en matière de développement immobilier et de croissance économique», ajoutait Fabio Fialho. Le Groupe FAYAT annonçait récemment la promotion d’Éric Ferrari qui prend de nouvelles fonctions au sein du groupe. En plus de ses fonctions de président de la Division Fayat Bâtiment, il s’est vu confier, le 12 novembre dernier, la présidence de la Division Fayat Métal. Ingénieur ESTP, monsieur Ferrari a intégré le Groupe FAYAT en 2001. Il est à l’origine, 10 ans plus tard, de la création de la Division Fayat Bâtiment qui regroupe aujourd’hui 27 agences et filiales et réalise un chiffre d’affaires de près de 900 millions € (1460 millions $). Sous son impulsion, Fayat Bâtiment s’est imposé parmi les 5 premiers constructeurs français, grâce à un modèle fondé sur la proximité régionale, l’exigence opérationnelle et le respect des engagements. La National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) annonçait récemment la nomination de Michele Stanley au poste de présidente-directrice générale de l’association. Madame Stanley travaille au sein de la NSSGA depuis plus de 10 ans, où elle a occupé divers postes dans le domaine des affaires gouvernementales, le plus récent étant celui de vice-présidente exécutive et directrice de la défense des intérêts. Au cours de son mandat, elle a contribué à faire de l’association un défenseur de premier plan des investissements dans les infrastructures et de l’industrie des granulats. «Alors que nous entrons dans une nouvelle ère pour l’association, Michele dirigera la NSSGA afin d’obtenir des résultats concrets pour ses membres», déclarait Ted Baker, II, président de la NSSGA 2025, de Blue Water Industries. «Les dirigeants et le comité exécutif de la NSSGA ont unanimement soutenu la nomination de Michele à la tête de l’association en tant que prochaine PDG. Grâce à sa grande expérience en matière de défense des intérêts, à ses relations au Capitole et à sa connaissance du secteur, je suis convaincu qu’elle est la personne idéale pour ce poste.» Michele Stanley compte près de 15 ans d’expérience dans la direction d’initiatives de politique publique. Au cours de son mandat en tant que vice-présidente exécutive des affaires gouvernementales et réglementaires de la NSSGA, elle a été nommée parmi les meilleurs lobbyistes par The Hill pendant 4 ans et par le National Institute of Lobbying and Ethics pendant 2 ans. Avant d’occuper ses fonctions à la NSSGA, Madame Stanley a fait partie de l’équipe des affaires gouvernementales de la National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) et a travaillé au Capitole pour les représentants Nussle (Iowa) et King (New York). Michele Stanley est originaire de l’Iowa et est titulaire d’un diplôme en sciences politiques et en gestion du Luther College, d’une certification en gestion PAC de l’université George Washington et d’une certification de l’Institute for Organization Management de la Chambre de commerce des États-Unis. La NSSGA est le principal défenseur de l’industrie des granulats. Ses membres – les producteurs de pierre, de sable et de gravier, ainsi que les fabricants d’équipements et les prestataires de services qui les soutiennent – produisent les matières premières essentielles que l’on trouve dans les maisons, les bâtiments, les routes, les ponts et les projets de travaux publics.
L’Administration portuaire de Trois-Rivières (APTR) annonçait récemment la nomination de monsieur Anick Métivier au poste de président-directeur-général. Fort d’une expérience de plus de 30 ans dans l’industrie portuaire, monsieur Métivier mettra son expertise et sa connaissance du secteur ainsi que son parcours à l’APTR à profit afin de poursuivre, avec les parties prenantes, la modernisation et le développement du Port de Trois-Rivières. Il succéder à Gaétan Boivin, qui a assumé les responsabilités de président-directeur-général pendant les 19 dernières années. Reconnu pour son expérience approfondie des opérations, du développement des affaires et du développement durable et pour sa capacité à mobiliser les équipes et les parties prenantes vers des projets d’impact, Anick Métivier a joint les rangs de l’APTR en 2021 comme vice-président, Développement stratégique. Auparavant, il a occupé pendant plusieurs années différentes fonctions de gestion à l’Administration portuaire de Québec, notamment en développement durable et en relations citoyennes, alors que la première partie de sa carrière lui a permis d’occuper différents postes opérationnels dans le secteur maritime québécois. Depuis son arrivée à l’APTR, monsieur Métivier a joué un rôle-clé dans la transformation portuaire, oeuvrant notamment à la réalisation du plus important projet de l’histoire moderne du Port de Trois-Rivières : la reconstruction en cours des terminaux 16 et 17, au renforcement des relations avec les membres de la communauté portuaire ainsi qu’à l’évolution du plan stratégique Cap sur 2030. Il est activement impliqué au sein de communauté trifluvienne, notamment comme président du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Trois-Rivières durable et comme vice-président du conseil d’administration de la Chambre de commerce et d’industries de Trois-Rivières.
Métaux Torngat, une société de développement de terres rares basée au Québec, annonçait récemment la nomination de Maryse Bélanger à la présidence de son conseil d’administration. Madame Bélanger, une dirigeante du secteur minier reconnue détenant une vaste expérience au sein de conseils d’administration, s’est jointe au conseil de Métaux Torngat en juillet 2025. «Nous sommes ravis que Maryse accède à la présidence de notre conseil. Son leadership, son expérience vaste et profonde dans l’industrie minière et dans les grands projets d’infrastructure, ainsi que sa compréhension des enjeux du développement durable en font une personne tout indiquée pour guider Métaux Torngat dans la poursuite du développement de son projet Strange Lake», déclarait Yves Leduc, chef de la direction de Métaux Torngat. Originaire du Saguenay et diplômée en géologie de l’Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, Maryse Bélanger cumule plus de 35 ans d’expérience au sein de grandes sociétés minières à l’échelle mondiale. Elle est reconnue pour son leadership rassembleur et son expertise en excellence opérationnelle et en efficacité technique. Elle a notamment dirigé ou accompagné plusieurs sociétés minières de premier plan dont IAMGOLD, SIGMA Lithium, Atlantic Gold, Mirabela Nickel et Goldcorp à des moments charnières de leur croissance. Elle siège aux conseils d’administration d’Equinox Gold, Blue Moon Metals et de Graymont, et a été reconnue à 2 reprises par Women in Mining UK parmi les 100 femmes les plus influentes du secteur minier mondial.
DYNASET Oy annonçait récemment la nomination de Marko Niemi au poste de directeur commercial et membre de l’équipe de direction. Il a pris ses fonctions le 8 septembre 2025. Monsieur Niemi compte près de 20 ans d’expérience dans le secteur des engins mobiles, notamment dans le développement de produits, la vente et la gestion après-vente. Il a précédemment occupé le poste de directeur après-vente chez Wihuri Oy Technical Trade et est titulaire d’une maitrise en ingénierie automobile et mécanique. Les compétences techniques de Marko Niemi, associées à une forte orientation client, correspondent parfaitement à la stratégie de croissance et au service client mondial de DYNASET. «Dynaset m’avait déjà impressionné dans le cadre de mes précédentes fonctions dans le secteur des engins mobiles. Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jalen Price as the organization’s new regional manager for Eastern Canada. Based in Ottawa, Mr. Price brings a strong background in Canadian public policy, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement to his role supporting AED members across the region. Jalen Price joins AED following a distinguished career within the Government of Canada. He most recently served in the Prime Minister’s Office as an Issues Management and Parliamentary Affairs coordinator, where he supported strategic communications, briefed the Prime Minister on emerging issues, and led files related to northern affairs and economic development. He also previously served as a researcher for the government of Prime Minister Mark Carney, providing strategic policy analysis to support Members of Parliament. Mr. Price holds a graduate certificate in sustainable business management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was also recognized as an OUA All-Star on the conference championship football team. In his new role, Jalen Price will serve as the primary point of contact for AED members in Eastern Canada, helping them optimize their membership value and navigate the full suite of AED resources. His experience working in fast-paced policy environments and on grassroots engagement efforts will support his work in strengthening member relationships across the region.
Canadian Biogas Investments Inc. (CBI), a Calgary-based developer of dry fermentation anaerobic digestion projects, recently announced that investment executive James B. (Jim) Hartwell has agreed to join the company as president and CEO. In addition, Mr. Hartwell will serve as chairman of the Board of directors. With more than 40 years of experience in the investment industry, Jim Hartwell will play a central role in CBI’s strategic planning, operations, and fundraising activities as the company scales its renewable natural gas (RNG) platform across Canada. His leadership will support the company’s mandate to deliver bankable, infrastructure-scale biogas projects that create long-term value for investors, agricultural partners, and rural communities. CBI has secured the exclusive Canadian rights to license Renergon’s solid-state anaerobic digestion (RDS) technology, a proven dry-fermentation anaerobic digestion system that utilizes cattle manure as feedstock to produce renewable natural gas, associated carbon credits, and high-quality compost. CBI is also pleased to confirm the site of its first commercial facility at the Driland Feeders feedlot in Warner County, Alberta, owned and operated by Jacob Bueckert. To execute this flagship project, CBI has retained Calgary-based CANA Construction as its project design and management partner, Obsidian Engineering as lead engineering consultant, Green Analytics as its environmental consulting partner, and EXP as its regulatory advisor.
CMA/Double Coin, a tire manufacturer and marketer, recently announced the appointment of Cara Junkins as director, OTR and Ag for North and Central America. In this new leadership role, Ms. Junkins will oversee the company’s expansion of products in OTR and Ag tire sales, with a focus on new markets and opportunities. Cara Junkins brings over 3 decades of tire industry experience to Double Coin, with a proven track record in sales leadership, product engineering, and customer and OEM relationships. Her previous roles include senior sales and management positions with Global Rubber Industries (GRI Tires), Yokohama-TWS (formerly Trelleborg Wheel Systems), Titan International, and Continental Tire. “We are thrilled to welcome Cara to the CMA and Double Coin team,” said Aaron Murphy, senior vice president for CMA/Double Coin. “Her extensive experience in both the OTR and Ag segments, combined with her ability to drive strategic growth and build lasting customer partnerships, makes her a tremendous asset to our organization.” Double Coin tires are supplied by CMA, LLC, which is based in Monrovia, California, and is a subsidiary of Double Coin Tyre Group.
Manitou Group recently announced the appointment of Brad Boehler as president of the North America region and is a member of the Executive Committee. Based in West Bend, Wisconsin, Mr. Boehler’s mission will be to accelerate the market share growth for Manitou Group’s product ranges and to enhance the customer experience through faster service. He will also be responsible for operational excellence at the two manufacturing sites located in Yankton and Madison, South Dakota. He will thus ensure alignment between commercial priorities and industrial performance, and the integration of a strong customer-centric culture throughout North America. An engineer by training, Brad Boehler has built a vast experience of over 25 years in the construction and lifting equipment sector, holding high-level leadership positions. Notably, he served as president of the Canadian group Skyjack for over 8 years, a role he subsequently held at Morbark and, most recently, at Makinex USA, where he was responsible for business development and managing a dealer network across the entire U.S.

Dacke Industri recently announced the appointment of Ulf Johannesson as CEO of LIMAB AB, effective January 15, 2026.
