A.M.B. Lift Joins HD Hyundai CE Dealer Network, Serving Ottawa Valley
A.M.B. Lift just celebrated 35 years in business, growing from a startup operating out of the Barclays’ garage to a dynamic business with more than 40 employees and locations in Ottawa and Peterborough. “The excellent support we get from Hyundai Material Handling was a driving factor in our taking on the Hyundai construction equipment products,” said Trevor Barclay, president. “We’re a service-oriented business, and at least half of our 23-truck service fleet will serve our construction customers.” “We’re confident A.M.B. will provide a level of customer support that will impress construction contractors, landscapers and others who currently run other equipment brands,” said Gordon Plotkin, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment NA’s region director for Canada. “With 35 years in business, they have well-established relationships with customers who will appreciate getting Hyundai equipment from a dealer they already trust.” Trevor Barclay noted that the transition to offering Hyundai construction equipment will be easy for A.M.B. because their parts and service team already knows Hyundai engines and hydraulics, and they already have a good parts inventory. |
